Impression
Duiring my trip to Europe I went to Kraków, Poland. From Kraków, many hotels offer day trips to the Auschwitz concentration camp and also the Wieliczka Salt Mines. Seeing Auschwitz first hand and hearing of the stories of what happened there from the tour guide was a depressing experience. Much of Auschwitz I remains intact while most of Auschwitz II was destroyed to hide evidence of the atrocities committed.
