On Friday, April 1st, 2022, I went to Castle Rock, Colorado and hiked to the Castle Rock. The hike takes about 45 minutes to complete roundtrip and is about 1.3 miles in total. You cannot get to the top of the Castle Rock from the trail. Given its proximity to the highways, the hike is loud with car noises.
Overall, this hike offers views of the area around Castle Rock. The top has some electricity and serves as a way to creates signs to the passerbys below. It's an easy hike to get views of the area and close to the highway.
