Hickman Bridge Trail

Last updated: January 28th, 2024

Background

On Tuesday, December 29th, 2020, I went to Capitol Reef National Park in Utah. During this time I went on the Hickman Bridge Trail, which is a 1.8 mile hike to a natural land bridge. Given a recent snowstorm, there was snow all over the trail. It took me about 1.5 hours to complete. When I was done, I went to camp on BLM land at the intersection of Utah State Road 24 and Coal Mine Road, between Caineville and Hanksville.
